Acupuncture and aromatherapy

Acupuncture has been used for millennia in traditional Chinese medicine, for a whole range of illnesses. Studies investigating the benefits of acupuncture in women having IVF so far have been controversial. No one yet knows if acupuncture can really make a difference in IVF success rates. But if one wants to try it simply to feel better or de-stress, there would be no harm.
