The personal experience of Single Woman from Ireland

I am currently pregnant following my first cycle of treatment with Newlife. Prior to this I did several rounds of ivf with a fertility clinic in Ireland. I made the decision to travel abroad in order to try and obtain a higher standard of treatment and care and I am happy to say this was achieved with Newlife. I choose Newlife following alot of research online and they have a number of very informative videos, including with medical staff.

Something that Newlife do, that I had not experienced before, and that I found to be highly effective, is they assign a dedicated coordinator to you as your main point of contact. Iro was my coordinator and she was a rock of support throughout the entire process, making the journey so much easier. Her kindness, empathy, warmth, understanding and knowledge is something I will never forget and has left a lasting impression on me. I always had a prompt reply and felt cared for, listened to and understood throughout the entire process. She was particularly understanding and helpful when it came to travelling for treatment and also picked up the phone and rang me when something important needed to be discussed. She truly was amazing. When I did travel for treatment, although it was not easy, when I got to Newlife it felt very worthwhile and that is because everyone I met on the day, including Iro, was so kind, encouraging and knowledgeable. I also received photos of my embryos (to verify their quality), which I had not received in my home country. I found Newlife to be very thorough in their investigations, and I was very happy with the care I received.

I am lucky enough to have embryos left over and in storage with Newlife and I will definitely return for future treatment.

I am hugely and eternally grateful to Newlife for helping me achieve my dream. I have been encouraged to share news of my pregnancy with Newlife, which goes to show how much they care about what they do.
