We have attained multiple accreditations for our services, such as ISO 9001:2015 and EN 15224:2017. In order to maintain this we constantly monitor ourselves by asking our patients to complete anonymous patient satisfaction forms. The rate of positive feedback is above 90%, regardless of the outcome of treatment. This surpasses the 80% ISO required satisfaction rate.
